Beneath all of the names is something much simpler: a lifelong quest to live in beauty, understand what has traveled through generations, recognize the patterns that shape our lives, and become more fully present to what is true.
Creativity as a way of listening
For more than 30 years, I’ve worked as a graphic designer and mixed-media artist. I create layered work rooted in beauty, story, rhythm, and soul. Creativity has never been separate from the rest of my life. It is one of the primary ways I listen, inquire, make meaning, and understand what I am living.
Contemplative practice lived through a human life
For more than 15 years, I have taught yoga and meditation, including pranayama, Yoga Nidra, japa, and yoga philosophy. My work is grounded both in years of contemplative study and practice and in the experience of actually living these teachings through the complexities of a human life.
Patterns, protection, and the body
As a somatic embodiment and sovereign life coach, I work primarily with women through inquiry, writing, nervous-system regulation, contemplative practice, creativity, and embodiment. Much of my work is about the patterns we inherit through families and generations, the patterns we develop through trauma and experience, and the ones we continue long after we have forgotten why they began.
My own life has required that same inquiry. I have traversed trauma and healing, and I live in a disabled and neurodivergent body. Those experiences have profoundly shaped how I understand capacity, regulation, adaptation, self-trust, and sovereignty.
The nervous system has its own history.
The body remembers patterns that the thinking mind may have understood years ago. This is why so much of my work centers on creating enough presence to notice what is happening within us and enough space to discover that another response may be possible.
